Lawyers at ALEXANDROV&PARTNERS Worked out a Legal Mechanism to Reduce Court Fees due in partially Carried out Enforcement Proceedings
24 February 2016

For its client, who has been a debtor since 2011, ALEXANDROV&PARTNERS worked out a legal mechanism to reduce court fees charged by the State Executives for enforcement proceedings.

Unfortunately, the excessive amount of court fees, debtors are charged with, is one of the reasons why enforcement proceedings cannot be carried out appropriately. Debtors, in their turn, have problems with unjustified arrests of their property, which cannot be released till the court fee is paid. The problem arises even in those cases when the court’s decision is not fully carried out by enforcement bodies. It was exactly the situation our client was in.

Lawyers at ALEXANDROV&PARTNERS worked out a complex of legal solutions, which enable debtors to legally reduce the amount of court fees. This mechanism was successfully implemented in one of the last projects of the company.

The project was managed by Senior Associates of the company Oleksandr Ruchko and Kseniya Shein, under general supervision of Managing Partner Dmytro Alexandrov.
